New to kettlebells? Start here. 🔥 Our Foundations classes are designed for beginners wanting to learn proper kettlebell technique, build confidence, and move well from day one. We break down the fundamentals step-by-step: Swings Cleans Presses Squats Safe lifting mechanics Conditioning + strength basics No ego. No experience needed. Just coaching, movement, and getting stronger every session. Cape Town’s home of the kettlebell.

Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class. For safety and security, late arrivals will not be admitted as missing the warm-up increases the risk of injury and disrupts the class. All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. Walk-ins are welcome only if space allows. FORGE operates a 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit or may incur the drop-in rate for unlimited memberships. All packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused credits must be used before expiry. Please wear appropriate training attire and bring a towel and water. Participation in FORGE classes is voluntary and at your own risk. A signed waiver is required before attending your first class. FORGE may photograph or film classes for marketing purposes. FORGE reserves the right of admission and expects all members to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow members. By booking a class at FORGE you agree to these terms.
