A 60-minute, full-body strength and cardio blast in a heated space designed to push limits and ignite transformation.
To get an extra cardio hit we’ve also introduced ski machines in the hot room. This brings a turbo-charged cardio component to every workout - for next-level endurance and calorie burn, and keeping our Hyrox athletes on top of their game.
Working out in 38°C heat with kettlebells isn’t just about getting sweat-soaked - it’s about maximising performance, efficiency, and recovery (with a good dose of mental grit too).
